Notice and request for consent to the processing of personal data

Notice, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No 196. According to the Legislative Decree no. 30th June 2003. 196 (Privacy), we provide You the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing of Your personal data, as well as the scope of communication and diffusion, the nature of the data in our possession and their provision.
Purpose of the processing for which you grant consent where required (Article 23 Legislative Decree no. 196/03): 
- Activities strictly related to the management of relationships with customers; 
- Informative activities, marketing and registration mailing list;

Method of treatment 
The treatment will be carried out automatically and / or manually, using methods and tools to ensure the utmost security and confidentiality, by authorized persons, in compliance with the requirements of Art. 31 et seq. Decree 196/03

Communication and circulation settings 
Your data, object of the treatment will not be disclosed. 

Nature of provision
The conferment of Your data is optional, in the absence thereof, You may not be able to provide the services necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, accounting and tax. 
The Legal Representative give forth furthermore that any non-communication or miscommunication of the required data, has the following consequences: 
- The inability of the Legal Representative to ensure the respect of the contractual agreements to which it is performed; 
- The possible mismatch of treatment results with the obligations imposed by fiscal, administrative or labour legislation to which it is addressed. 
You will be able to assert your rights according to art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No 196, by contacting the Legal Representative (or appointed manager).
Art. 7. Rights of access to personal data and other rights 1. You shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.


2. You shall have the right to obtain the indication of: 
a) the origin of personal data; 
b) the purposes and methods of treatment; 
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments; 
d) the identity of the Legal Representative and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; 
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State territory, managers, or designed personnel.
3. You shall have the right to obtain: 
a) Updates, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; 
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You shall have the right to oppose, in all or in part: 
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data, pertinent for collection purposes; 
b) to the processing of your personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
