Eggs trays washer

The automatic washing line studied by TKA Teknolabo A.S.S.I. is designed for washing different type of trays depending on the customer's requirements. TKA Teknolabo A.S.S.I. can provide different models with speed designed for the specific custmer's working load. The line completely manufactured using AISI304 stainless steel. The water heating system system can be electrical, by steam or heating pump. The machine allows the adding of disinfectants either during the pre-washing or each of the 3 washing steps. The line allows the possibility to run times in times, on request, a sanitizing cycle. The usage of the heating pump from one side saves electrical power, and on the other side it reduces the humidity and the temperature within the working environment.
