Culture media preparators

Teknolabo A.S.S.I. S.r.l. produces a complete line of reverse osmosis systems (ROS) for the production of ultra-pure water. We can supply you with automated systems starting from ultra-pure water production up to culture media preparation and distribution.

Production lines complete automation

TKA Teknolabo produces a complete line of culture media preparators in order to optimize and complete the culture media distribution process on Petri dishes, Contact plates, Slides for urino-culture and swabs. TKA can satisfy both small labs and big industries needs, by progecting and manufacturing different filling sistems with productivity starting from 450 plate per hour up to 10.000 plates per hour.

TKA Teknolabo A.S.S.I. produces a special culture media preparators line with capacity up to 500 liters in order to satisfy the needs for bigger production batches. These preparators can feed the bigger industrial lines.

Culture media preparators from 5 up to 500 Liters

TKA's media preparators are equipped with two temperature probes: one for the working vessel and one for the jacket. A double propellers shaking unit magnetically coupled allows to mix carefully the media and to avoid any possible leakage. A special device, TKA projected, keeps uniform the temperature into the external jacket through the continuous water re-circulation pump. The working cycle, completely automatic, is controlled by microcontroller. The sterilization chamber, the mixing system and the lid are AISI316L stainless steel made, while the chassy is fully AISI304 stainless steel made. The autoclaves provide the possibility to pre-define up to 100 different working cycles, with preview of the temperature graph and possibility to comment the recipe. Touch screen display and intuitive user interface. Each autocleave is equipped with multiple and completely independent safety devices. A recorder-printer is installed, allowing the registration of the working cycle. All the cycle related information are printed: start and end time, temperatures, phases, possible cycle interruptions.

Culture Media preparer with working vessels AISI316 made and useful capacity of 250 or 500 l. Two temperature probes allow the temperature control of the working vessel and of the jacket. A particular magnetic coupling shaking unit provides a tuneable and programmable speed control avoiding any possible leakage, guaranteen a uniform temperature of the media. A pharmaceutical diaphragm bottom port, pneumatically driven, with service membrane valve allows the sterilization of both the external part of the valve and the delivery pipe. The instrument is equipped with a double jacket with indirect heating, obtained from an external steam generator and an heat exchanger. The autoclave provides the possibility to pre-define different working cycles, which can be modified or memorized. Each autocleave is equipped with multiple and completely independent safety devices. A recorder-printer is installed, allowing the registration of the working cycle. All the cycle related information are printed: start and end time, temperatures, phases, possible cycle interruptions.

From 10 to 60 Liters doubled chamber preparators

TKA Teknolabo A.S.S.I. produces two types of double chamber preparators: indirect heating double twin preparers with sterilization cycle fully controlled by a single managemet system, or indirect heating double preparers with sterilization cycle fully controlled by two separate managemet systems. Each autocleave has two temperature probes: one for the working vessel and one for the jacket. A double propellers shaking unit magnetically coupled allows, for each well, to mix carefully the media and to avoid any possible leakage. A special device, TKA projected, keeps uniform the temperature into the external jackets through the continuous water re-circulation pump. The working cycle, completely automatic, is controlled by one or two microprocontrollers depending on the double preparator type. The autoclaves provide the possibility to pre-define up to 100 different working cycles, with preview of the temperature graph and possibility to comment the recipe.
