Automated dish pourer for filling up to 550 Petri dishes per hour. Complete with UV lamp, automatic Petri dishes opening / closing device, dispensing tunnel and unstacker for the automated dispensing of the empty Petri dishes. Various interchangeable dispensing tunnels are available in order to give the possibility to work with any size of dishes diameter from 50 mm to 150 mm. Format changes can be easly implemented by replacing the dispensing tunnel (cod.791060) with no mechanical regulations. The system provides the possbility to add blood or additives directly to the culture media (cod.791360) mixing it on line. The system is standard supplied calibrated to work with one diameter Petri dish (any from 50 to 150 mm). If you need to work with more than one format you will need an extra tunnel (cod. 791060). The same applies to the output stacker (cod. 791061). We offer you the possibility to choose between a table (cod. 791310) to collect the dishes or a stacker (cod. 791300S) which automatically stacks 10 filled dishes.

Maxi Petri models are automated dishes pourer systems for filling up to 750 Petri dishes per hour (referred to a 18 ml media delivery). TKA produces two table-top compact units the first one with a doubled carousel for collecting the empty and the filled Petri dishes. The other model uses a single carousel for load and unload the Petri dishes. Both the systems can handle Petri dishes of size between 50 and 150 mm (to be specified at the moment of the order). The delivery system uses a peristaltic pump numerically controlled with delivery speed continuously adjustable. The carousels used by these instruments can hold the empty and the poured plates with different capacities (up to 360 dishes) depending on the dishes sizes. The Maxipetri models have the possibility to add blood in line (cod.791360), to use the peristaltic pump of the unit for external fillings (bottles, vials etc). A built in industrial PC based control system with wide size touch-screen monitor allows the use of a User-friendly software interface with different password levels. RS232, USB , Ethernet ports are available for external links in order to send sessions’ reports to the external environment (i.e.: PC, LAN,  printer).
